REGISTRATION

Register for the course of your choice via the registration form on the ZeoT homepage. After we receive your registration, we’ll send you the invoice. Payment is due before the course starts (see Payment).

In all of our ongoing courses (except introductory courses and workshops), you’ll automatically remain registered for the next course period unless you cancel your registration 21 days before the end of the current course period. Your registration is binding for the chosen course and the course fee is payable even in case of a no-show, as we reserve the place for you.

CANCELLATION

In case of incorrect registration until 3 days after registration. For introductory courses, cancellation must be made up to 21 days before the start of the course and for continuing dance courses up to 21 days before the end of the current course period. If you cancel later, you are obliged to pay the full course fee even if you don’t appear, unless you provide a substitute participant. 

In special cases (serious illness/accident), please contact the ZeoT administration. In courses with a small number of participants, there is no right to a refund, but the lessons can be recuperated.

Cancellations should be sent by email to info@zeot.ch. Verbal, sms or WhatsApp cancellations are not valid.

PAYMENT

The full course fee is due for continuous courses up to the start of the course period (the cut-off date is the first Monday of the respective course period) and for introductory courses up to one week before the course starts. A surcharge of 10% is due for late payment.

For registrations at short notice, payment is due immediately after registration or receipt of the invoice.

Failure to pay the course fee does not constitute cancellation or withdrawal from the contract.

DISCOUNTS

If you’re an apprentice, school pupil, student, IV beneficiary or pensioner, you’ll receive a discount with us. The course prices in brackets behind the regular prices apply to you.

KULTURLEGI

With the KulturLegi you receive a 30% discount on introductory and ongoing courses. We offer you the Abo at a reduced price of CHF 395 (instead of CHF 445).

ABO

If you would like to attend more than one dance course per week, the ZeoT Abo is perfect for you! 

Register for two ongoing courses via the registration form on the ZeoT homepage and you can attend as many ongoing courses as you like without pre-registration. (For administrative reasons, you are registered for two courses). Excluded from this are the fully booked courses marked on the timetable unless you are registered for this course with Abo.

The subscription is valid for one course period, missed lessons cannot be made up in the following period.  

Loyalty bonus - if you have booked a subscription 5 times in a row, we thank you for your loyalty with a 25% loyalty discount on the 6th subscription!

ABO WITH STUDENT DISCOUNT

Bring a friend - get 15% discount

Dancing is fun, especially with your friends! Recommend a friend to join one of our classes and you will receive 15% discount off the cost of your next course. (This offer is only available to ‘friends’ who haven’t previously attended a course at ZeoT & for students who are currently registered in a course.)

COMPENSATE FOR MISSED CLASSES

As long as you are continuously enrolled and have paid for the course, your missed lessons remain valid for 6 months and you can make up the missed lessons in any course without notice. Excluded from this are the booked-out courses marked on the timetable. If you cancel your course (even if you take a break), your lessons will be forfeited and there will be no refund.

HOLIDAYS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

ZeoT does not observe school holidays: We dance in 6 periods of 8 weeks each all year round! We take two weeks of Christmas vacation and organize special weeks with interesting workshops in the first week of January and during August.

We are also open on all public holidays (except Christmas). Our teachers will inform you which dance lessons will take place and the holiday timetable will be published on our website. If you are unable to come to class on a holiday, you can take this lesson in another course before or after the holiday.

INSURANCE

It is the responsibility of the participant to have sufficient insurance coverage.

WORKSHOPS

Register for the workshop of your choice via the registration form on the ZeoT homepage. After we have received your registration, we will send you the invoice. For workshops, the course fee is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice to reserve your place. If you register less than 4 days before the workshop starts, please send us a copy of your payment order to info@zeot.ch

Cancellation is possible up to 4 weeks before the workshop starts. If you cancel later, you will owe the full course fee, even if you do not show up, unless you provide a substitute participant. Cancellations are to be sent by email to info@zeot.ch. Verbal, sms or whatsapp cancellations are not valid.

In special cases (serious illness/accident) please contact the ZeoT administration. In workshops with a small number of participants, there is no right to a refund. 

A refund, if any, is at the discretion of the workshop instructor. In any event, we will charge a processing fee of CHF 30.

ZeoT reserves the right to cancel a workshop with too few registrations 3 days prior to the start.

Insurance is the responsibility of the participant.

COURSE ORGANIZATION

For organisational reasons we reserve the right to postpone, combine or cancel courses. If there are not enough participants, the course will usually not be held and the course fee will be waived or refunded.

If a course teacher is unavailable, the school management can change the teacher or appoint a substitute.

In the event of the impossibility to carry out the dance lessons as planned after the conclusion of the contract through no fault of one's own (e.g. due to official closure of the dance school due to an epidemic or pandemic, force majeure and similar), there is no entitlement to a refund of course fees.

In the event of such unforeseen events, the ZeoT school management will decide on the further procedure, e.g. continuing the dance classes online (with live classes and/or videos).

Cancellation is possible according to the normal contractual ZeoT cancellation deadlines.

Missed classes can be compensated for up to 6 months provided that the registration is ongoing.
