Learning arabic rhythms can really help to improve your dancing! Not only will you be able to hear and follow the beat, helping you to keep in time, you will also start to recognise what style of dance fits to the music and find improvising so much easier!

You already have some oriental dance experience under your coin belt and would like to try out Tribal Fusion? Join Simone and train isolations, shimmies, typical arm movements, and the foundation of Tribal Fusion, American Tribal style.

STRETCH & FLEX
Improve your flexibility with stretching and strengthening exercises. Most of the class will be on the floor so don’t forget to bring a small towel, which can also be used for some stretching exercises too! The class is perfect to take after a dance class so that you're already warmed up. On Thursdays between 19.00 & 20.20 we have oriental dance classes in 3 different levels.
